Peanut butter & chocolate. There is no better combination in the world. Am I right?
Well, when I was craving both of those one night I remembered these deserts the lunch ladies at my elementary school used to make for us called Buckeyes. Immediately I knew I had to make them.
Probably the best decision I’ve made in a while. I made them a week ago, and I’ve been rationing them to myself in order to make them last longer. That good.
I used this recipe. I didn’t add as much powdered sugar as they said, but the consistancy was perfect. I also didn’t dip all of my buckeyes completely into chocolate, deciding instead to leave some of the peanut butter showing.
