Sweet & Savory

my first love is food. i eat out entirely too much for my small budget. but i can eat with the best of them. cooking's really not my strong suit. but that hasn't stopped me from trying.

It took me three and a half years of living on my own, before trying to tackle making sausage on my own.  Not having a grill seemed like a pretty intimidating hurdle to cross.  Well after an approximately 5 minute long Google search, I found out that making sausage on a stovetop is actually really simple.
Instructions:
Fill saucepan 1/4” of water
Cook sausage on low while covered
Let simmer, until the water is evaporated
If done correctly, the sausage will be juicy when you bite into it.  I love sausage of all kinds- Polish, Italian, Bratwurst, you name it.  I love that I can make it super easy, and super quick in my apartment now.  And my mom will be happy that I’m not asking for her to make me sausage of all kinds when I come home.
